About Us

Our vision is to inspire and prepare future global leaders. We do this by combining the Western student-oriented approach to learning that emphasizes creativity, self-expression, critical thinking and leadership with the Asian-oriented approach that emphasizes discipline, hard work, and excellence. We want students to feel empowered to voice their thoughts and have confidence and conviction in speaking their minds. We want students to analyze problems and find both creative and practical solutions. Learning should be about improving one’s mind and character, not just memorizing facts. We want students to gain a global perspective by discussing and debating current events around the world. And lastly, we want students in Asia and in the U.S. to build friendships so that they can build a transpacific network that will help them become the next generation of global leaders.
